Wow... the list this year is interesting at least! Very " rookie" heavy, but perhaps that will turn out to be a good thing. So far, I have to say I'm more excited by the model content this year than last year ( I'm one of those people who's waiting for a Christie Brinkley or Kathy Ireland or Elle McPherson mark 2 to come along!) Even though she's a rookie, I would have to say I would LOVE to see Hilary R. on the cover. She reminds me of Brooke Shields, you know? She has a look that can really carry a cover. She doesn't look like most other girls - a flaw I see in the likes of Brooklyn and Tori, even though they're gorgeous. She's unique. The SI covergirl should be a unique beauty, IMO. She should be special. I think Bar will probably get the cover though, if they're still playing it " that way". Bar is gorgeous, but honestly unless they take a SLAMMING hot, amazing picture of her for the cover, I doubt it will impress me much. It's predictable. I'm also pleased to see Cintia in this issue! She is very gorgeous, although I'm a little dismayed that they seem to have left her bare-faced and not done her up as much as the other girls. Really, Cintia is gorgeous but to look really sexy I think she needs make-up. Mascara at least, because her eyelashes are very blond and it makes her eyes look a bit small. It's fine for HF work, but for " sexy" work I don't think it will be so appealing. Anyway, rant over! The next few days are doing to be long ones! lol!

I love her quote about not falling out of cars drunk etc. Good to see a young hollywood actress stand up and say, " Hey, I'm not a total tool!" LOL! If anything is boring now it's all those hollywood girls acting like morons. Megan's attitude is WAY sexier and it's the way forwards! Has she admitted to plastic surgery? Sad to hear that incredible beauty isn't "real" ( although what hollywood beauty is?)

^ Totally! I think most of the old school SI girls STILL look amazing. Cheryl Tiegs, Christie, Kathy Ireland, etc. They're all still AMAZING and they don't look like they've had much if any real work done. *Sigh* I miss the above days of modeling. I wasn't really old enough to experience them, but I look back and think " wow!" Gisele was the last of a great breed...

I wasn't a member to vote while this was taking place, and the results are a tad... well, I don't agree. I love Marisa, I think she's amazing, but without a doubt the top SI model would have to be either Cheryl Tiegs ( who really started it all), Christie Brinkley ( The most famous SI model), Kathy Ireland ( The most popular SI model), or Elle McPherson ( The most covers of any SI model). Still, it's a very cool poll. I would have put Christie or Kathy as number 1 though, but that's just me. Love on ya, xx

^ She's still such an absolute beauty! Today's models will NOT be that beautiful when they're in their 50's because they're selected for being skinny and having baby-like faces, whereas Christie was selected to be a model because she was genetically sublime. Times have changed... Christie hasn't! Lol! She's still one of the most gorgeous woman alive!

(Y) People always complain about how the importance of models is fading due to actresses getting all the magazine covers, campaigns etc., but IMO it doesn't take a genius to figure out why - people wanted to see models like Cindy because she was healthy and beautiful and it was OBVIOUS, but they DON'T want to see hideously underweight 15 year olds with bug-eyes! That's what most of the models have looked like for the last few years. It's not appealing to the majority of people. They would much rather see a non-strange looking actress! Or, as we can see this campaign season, Claudia Schiffer! Also, glad to hear she's also your beauty icon, michelabella!
