Franco was born in Palo Alto, California. His mother, Becky F (surname Jules Verne), is a poet, writer, editor, and his father, Douglas Eugene Franco, running a non-profit institutions, a container company; the two met at Stanford University students. Franco's father is Portuguese and Swedish descent, and Franco's mother is Jewish, a descendant of immigrants from Russia. His grandmother, Marjorie (Peterson) Franco, is a published author of young adult books.

Electra was born in Sharon, Virginia, Ohio, daughter of Patricia, the singer, and Harry, a guitarist and an artist. Her mother died of a brain tumor in 1998.Her sister Debbie died of a heart attack, also in 1998. Carmen graduated from Princeton High School Sharon Weir. Carmen Electra, also attended the School of Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) in the public school district in Cincinnati. She has Irish, German and Cherokee.

It was really amazing movie. Lots of action scenes there in the movie. The story of the movie was very strong and interesting. The weapons shown in the movie was very advanced. The background and music is very effective which makes movie more entertaining. It is really a great movie.
