I don't think she's wearing the bra underneath for the show- she's also wearing red underwear or something in the video. I think it's just for fitting purposes- they're going to end up shoving cutlets in there though. I can't see them sending her out there without them. In my opinion I think that she is gonna wear the red bra underneath tbh. For the 2003 fashion show, Heidi wore the fantasy bra over another bra so its pretty understandable.
