I LOVE ADRIANA Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 i remember the times when i was skini a year ago i got in to the fight with my best friend that i have been for five years she was like a sister to me we came to amerika at the same year so we besically grew up here and learned the language together and when she got a boyfriend and the sedest thing is i huked them up before that i was exercising every day i was doing palaties , running , walking, and dieting i was eating write like people supesed to do breakfast, lunch and dinner till 6 oclock i was never more then 120 the lovest i got was 110 and after we got it to the fight after that i got new frinds like frige and TV lol very sad i have gained 60 pounds after that and now i have a lot of the problem i cannot wear cloth that i whant to and i think that i look like a FAT COW a have a week before the new yars and after i will try to get back on track so by the spring i wll be skinny like i used to be WISH ME LUCK me before- now- and future in a couple of month That's my new years resolution as well. I want to lose a little weight. Here's what I recommend: 1. Eat lots of greens and veggies. 2. Eat a little fruit. 3. Only eat multi-grain bread. 4. Drink LOTS of water. (Trust me, it does miracles!) 5. Take a mullti-vitamin in the morning. 6. Always eat breakfast. 7. Work out for about 45 minutes when you first start, and then when you get used to it start working out for one hour. 8. When you start to work out, eat 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. 9. Drink a glass of milk or have some yougurt before you go to bed. It's said to help burn more fat while you sleep. Hope this helps! This is the plan that I am going on. Let me know how it works! Good luck!!! !!! Quote
Francesca Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 eat a little fruit? is fruit not good for you? Quote
Sweetpea Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 It is good for you. Anything that is grown organically is good for you, as far as fruits and veggies go. She should eat both fruit and veggies together. Quote
I LOVE ADRIANA Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 fruit is good for you, but it does have carbs too, and that diet i had given her is some-what low carb. I heard it's not good to have too much fruit on a low carb diet. Quote
