Despite her circumstances, she refuses to despair. An invitation to a palace ball gives Ella hope that she might reunite with the dashing stranger (Richard Madden) she met in the woods, but her stepmother prevents her from going. Help arrives in the form of a kindly beggar woman who has a magic touch for ordinary things. Quote
Lyla Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I've neved liked live-action versions of Disney fairy tales. But I think I'll watch this movie, because I loved Cinderella when I was a little girl so much, and this version seems promising. It looks like they kept the original story based on this trailer at least. I also love Lily James and Richard Madden. :wub2: Quote
