Not receiving email alerts for topics I follow

Is anyone else having issues with not receiving emails for threads they are following? I only follow a few but I noticed they stopped working after the site came back up a couple days ago. I tried unfollowing and following each model thread again but I am still not getting notifications emailed to me when someone posts in their thread.

 

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
