I think it is Ilana Kozlov.  They only removed her moles on the first picture.  In these Steven Alan shots you see them, and she's tagged in their IG feed.

Lands’ End is so terrible about tagging their models on IG - I needed a second (or third) opinion before I made a positive ID. Yes, I do see her moles in the second photo. Thanks 😊
