After seeing her on many cosmetics websites etc, i have started to wonder who is she. The picture also came from GettyImage and the credit is from CoffeeAndMilk. This is all i know, if you know her name then tell me please.

Just do reverse image searches with different search engines... you will find all sorts of companies that paid to use different images of her on their websites.
