Help me Identify this model for "Julia Kiss" on AliExpress

There are LOTS of photos of her on Ali Express and other websites https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32788185207.html

each of them says "julia kiss" on them. I assume thats the brand.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have anything to go on with this model, but I really hope we can find her.
