Absolutely! Any model who reaches 10 votes is the winner of the match. Doesn’t matter who votes.

UPDATE:

Adding to Cindy’s incredible 8/10 votes after less than 24 hours, I will be adding my vote for her crushing, 9/10 votes. Anna got a mere one vote, lagging extremely behind with little hope of a comeback, but still always possible with 6 days left for this battle.
