she looks a bit like USA Nicole Linkletter, born 1985/02 (or Martina Gilg)

eyes, nose & ± lips fit, but she would have 14 y.o. 11m.  would have celebrated her 15th birthday in Paris... (fw00, last week of February)

as i understand:

   - Jacek Poremba is the photographer (a man from Poland)

   - Johanna K is a model on his page  as "Joanna"

yes, same Joanna (same nose, face large, neck mole, ear attached, ...)

   - no 2nd name...

I answered my own question... She is Amy Bracco.  ++ Betsey Johnson AW 2004 RTW, In case she is new to anyone else too.
